Ravens Pro Bowl linebacker Ray Lewis will not play against the New York Giants Sunday.

Lewis remains on injured reserve under the team's designated to return tag and the NFL Network reported Saturday that Lewis isn't expected to play in next week's regular season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals either, although it's still possible Lewis could return for the playoffs.

Lewis is still recovering from the torn triceps he suffered against the Dallas Cowboys in mid-October, an injury that typically takes four to six months to heal. Lewis has practiced each of the last three weeks.
