The Weight Loss Challenge, 7-8 p.m., Butler Fire Hall, 15019 Falls Road, Butler, offers a weight-loss program for long-term weight loss, including information on nutrition and exercise. Participants receive a Wellness Evaluation, learn how to shop, get tips portion control, dining out and exercise. The 12-week course is $50. The top three losers, based on percentage of body weight lost, share the "pot." The program benefits the fire company, with $10 from each registration donated to Butler Volunteer Fire Co.
