Baltimore County Public Schools Superintendent S. Dallas Dance was named one of the nation's eight most "tech-savy" superintendents by eSchool News' February issue.
Dance was named due to the proposed multi-year digital conversion that plans to equip every student with a digital learning device by 2017.
