Three Westminster residents were named to the spring semester dean's list at Radford University in Virginia.
These honorees are: Chelsea Marie Donohue, senior interior design and fashion major; Aili Iona Rantanen Knapp, junior interior design and fashion major; and Elizabeth Esther Sebastian, senior interior design and fashion major.
