Patricia H. Bosley

were elected to the Hannah More School board of directors. Norfolk is principal, lead advisor and chief technology officer for Financial Advantage Inc.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration at Towson University.

He lives in Finksburg.

Bosley is the medical services assistant for the Athletic Training and Medical Department of the Baltimore Ravens, which she has served for the past six seasons.

Among her community activities, she has served the Glyndon Community Association, Historic Glyndon, Glyndon Swim Club, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Helping Up Mission, and the Franklin Elementary, Middle and High School parent-teacher-student associations.

Bosley lives in Glyndon.

Four area veterans, including Earl Matthews, 68, of Woodlawn
; Grant Edwards, 60; James Jones, 67; and Herbert Robinson, 56; will compete with more than 900 Veterans from around the nation in the 26th Annual Veterans Golden Age Games in St. Louis, Mo., from May 30 to June 5. Events at the Games are open to all military Veterans, age 55 or older, who are currently receiving health care at any VA facility. Sponsored by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Help Hospitalized Veterans and Veterans Canteen Service, the National Veterans Golden Age Games serves as a qualifying event for competition in the National Senior Games in a number of competitive events.

Emmanuel Rupert

, of Owings Mills, received the Students of the Year Award from the Pennsylvania Tourism & Lodging Association during its Annual Spirit of Hospitality Awards Reception and Dinner on April 23.

Rupert recently graduated from the School of Hospitality Management at Widener University in Chester, Pa.

Abby Himmelrich

of Reisterstown, Class of 2012, won The Jonathan Levin Prize in Education, at Trinity College.

The prize is presented annually to a junior or senior who plans to pursue a career teaching in an area with a high proportion of disadvantaged youth. Recipients must possess a superior academic record, intend to pursue a teaching career, and demonstrate a commitment to help young people through practice teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or equivalent activity.
