JoAnn Cizek, daughter of Joseph and Alice Cizek, of Colonial Heights, Va., and Randall James Weinhardt, son of Bill and Pam Weinhardt, of Mount Airy, were married at River Road Church, Baptist July 13, 2013.
The Rev. Dr. Michael Clingenpeel performed the double-ring ceremony.
Robert McDonald, of Arlington, Va., was the soloist. David Gulick, of Richmond, Va., was the organist.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Maid of honor was Lynda Cizek, of Glen Allen, Va., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jeannine Mandoline Rose, of Glen Allen; Donna Pickering Shomo, of Ashburn, Va.; Susan Weinhardt, of Vienna, Va., daughter of the groom; and Samantha Shomo, of Ashburn, goddaughter of the bride. The flower girls were Haley and Aubrey Weinhardt, of Lake St. Louis, Mo., nieces of the groom.
Best man was Paul Weinhardt, of Lake St. Louis, brother of the groom. Ushers/groomsmen were Paul Ratcliffe, of Fairfax, Va.; and Porter and William Shomo, both of Ashburn. The ring bearer was Thomas Weinhardt, of Vienna, son of the groom.
The reception was held at the University of Richmond, Jepson Alumni Center.
After a honeymoon to Ireland, the newlyweds are residing in Vienna.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of the E. Claiborn Robins School of Business of the University of Richmond, where she received a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Business Administration. She is employed by Genworth Financial.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of the E. Claiborn Robins School of Business of the University of Richmond, with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He is a certified public accountant.
