Christina Marie Williams, daughter of James and Rebecca Williams, of New Windsor, and Randall "Randy" Elliott Hess Dixon, son of Robert and Diana Dixon, of New Windsor, were married at Shade Trees and Evergreens in Frederick Oct. 13, 2013.
The Rev. Dan Ceary performed the outdoor double-ring ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Maids of honor were Clare and Katie Williams, both of New Windsor, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jenna Myers, Kelly O'Connor, Melissa Myers, Katie Varner and Sam Stambaugh.
Best man was Ryan Dixon, of Frederick, brother of the groom. Ushers/groomsmen were Brad Williams, brother of the bride; Darin Lease, Robby Cross, Kevin Carmack, Jeff Bullock and Brad Scott.
The reception was held at Shade Trees and Evergreens.
After a honeymoon to Vail, Colo., the newlyweds are residing in Westminster.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Francis Scott Key High School and a 2011 graduate of Towson University, where she received a bachelor's degree in deaf studies. She is employed by Change Inc. in Westminster.
The groom is a 2005 graduate of Francis Scott Key High School and a 2012 graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in information technology. He is employed by Helion Automotive Technologies in Timonium.
