Carroll Concert Band presents annual Sousa Style Concert

Synopsis: The concert is filled with patriotic and popular band music and is directed by Glenn Patterson. Proceeds benefit the Carroll County Arts Council's Musical Instrument Bank and several summer band and orchestra camps in the community.
