Dorothy Ann Kellar of Owings Mills died on Jan. 23, 2014 at Gilchrist Hospice. She was born in Boston, MA to the late Justin and Helen Moore Tobin. She was married to Charles Kellar.
She was a nurse at GBMC.
She is survived in addition to her husband by daughter Justine Kellar of Manchester; son Charles Kellar and wife Cathleen of Hummelstown, Pa.; daughter Linda Boerner and husband Gerald of Manchester; son Lee Kellar and wife Alina of Snow Hill; grandchildren Christopher and his wife Samantha Kellar, Jennifer and husband Jeffrey Yingling, Lauren Kellar and fiancé Jason Naldo, John Boerner and Ronan Kellar; great granddaughter Ava Yingling; sister Irene Coll; brother Gerald Tobin and wife Priscilla. Predeceased by sisters Virginia Bizak and Justine Tobin.
