The following fiction and nonfiction titles will be available at Baltimore County Public Library beginning Nov. 3.

"Doctor Who: Prisoners of Time" Vol. 1 and Vol. 2
These graphic novels were published to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the ageless Doctor Who.
"Before I Met You" by Lisa Jewell
Betty had spent her life in Guernsey caring for her grandmother, only to discover that this same grandmother had left a large sum of money in her will to a London woman Betty had never heard of. The story jumps between the present and the '20s before coming to an intriguing conclusion.
