Frostburg confers degrees

At the 141st commencement ceremonies at Frostburg State University in December, local residents were among the candidates for degrees.

Julie Ballenger, of Mount Airy, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

Sarah Clagett, of Mount Airy, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mass communication.

Brian Coleman, of Mount Airy, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology.

Mitchell Hill, of Taneytown, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology.

Jenna Johnson, of Finksburg, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood/elementary education.

Jessica Lerche, of Finksburg, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

John McHale, of Marriottsville, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science.

Andrew Miller, of Eldersburg, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in liberal studies.

Dalton Norris, of Westminster, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

Kristin Prochniak, of Westminster, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health and physical education.
