If you're changing your address and use an official packet from the post office, be sure to watch for an envelope that says "Official Change-of-Address Confirmation," because it contains a lot of goodies. This also applies if you're opening a post office box.
A recent envelope contained a card good for 10 percent off your next purchase at Pottery Barn and also one for Lowe's, a 20 percent off coupon good at Pier 1 Imports, 10 percent off at overstock.com plus $2.95 shipping on your entire order and offers for Deer Park Direct, address labels, Earthlink Internet, Progressive auto insurance, Direct TV, ADT Home Security System, AT&T phones and FiOS.
Five Below
Do you feel like your fingers are an inch wide when you text? I do. I seem to hit either the wrong button or more than one at a time and am forever back-spacing to make corrections, but I solved my problem at Five Below.
Five Below has a nice selection of smartphone and computer accessories, and when choosing a stylus, there are a handful of things to consider.
Some people prefer a heavier stylus while others want one that weighs very little. It's really a personal thing. Five Below not only has different weights but lengths, optional equipment, such as lights, and even two-piece sets; a regular-size stylus and a very short one that's ideal for a keychain. But whatever your preference, Five Below probably has it.
Now, I can almost keep up with the kids when texting. Almost.

Salads
Lately, my salads look like a cross between those sold at Chick-fil-A, Wendy's and McDonald's. I put a combination of mandarin oranges, strawberry slices, red grapes, grape tomatoes and more into each one, but instead of thick chunks or slices of apples, I've started shredding them.
I use a large grater for the apples and shredding them disperses the flavor throughout the salad much more thoroughly.
