Letter: Take rights from hate groups

The Muslim family involved in the Boston bombing came to the U.S. about 10 years ago as people seeking political asylum. This gave them special privileges, such as free housing, welfare, green cards and Social Security. They passed ver those on waiting lists to immigrate.

According to reports, three years ago the older brother started posting radical Muslim threats against the U.S. on social media websites. His brother joined in on the postings.

The Muslim Koran's teachings only apply to Muslim people. Non-Muslim people are infidels. An infidel can be killed, maimed, raped or cheated and the Muslim will go to heaven with honor. Muslims here are supposed to obey all U.S. laws, and most do. Then there are those like the Boston radicals.

To help control extremists who on our soil preach hatred and killing of Americans by any means, I say their speech should not be covered by our First Amendment. I am talking about skinheads, KKK, neo-Nazi or Muslim extremists and all other hate groups on the government's list.

We need a new law that states if you hear anyone speaking about killing, blowing up or harming in any way U.S. citizens, you are required to report it to the FBI and leave the hate group.

If the speakers of these hate groups are confirmed by the FBI, they lose all U.S. rights under the constitution, whether or not they are U.S. citizens.

In addition, all physical and financial possessions of the groups and their leaders, as well as members that didn't leave would be confiscated and the non-citizens deported. If the leaders have someone, or a member of their group cause harm to us or our infrastructure, the confiscation would apply to all wives and husbands, mothers and fathers, sons, daughters, brothers and sisters of the leaders and their members at the prosecutor's discretion.

All members and leaders would be prosecuted under the law and after serving time non-citizens would be deported.

The money from the sale of their possessions would go to the victims and their families.

Some advice for hate groups: Once you are done complaining about our way of life, the people who are different from you, the whining and griping about the U.S., take advantage of one our greatest freedoms, the right to leave our country.
