Two local candidates for graduation participated in commencement ceremonies at Coastal Carolina University's new HTC Center on Dec. 15.
Alyson Boltz, of Hampstead, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marine science.
Allison Longo, of Mount Airy, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.
The university is in Conway, S.C.
