Peep Show feature expected on 'NBC Nightly News'

The Peep Show is getting national media attention.

"NBC Nightly News" is planning a feature about the sixth annual Peep Show at the Carroll Arts Center in Westminster. The story is scheduled to air during tonight's nationwide broadcast.

"NBC Nightly News" airs at 6:30 p.m. tonight on WBAL-TV Channel 11. Reporter Katy Tur filmed at the Carroll Arts Center and at Friendship Valley Elementary School in Westminster, where fourth grade gifted-and-talented students created an entry.

The Peep Show is a fundraiser for the Carroll County Arts Council. It features sculptures, dioramas and mosaics made of marshmallow Peeps made by Just Born. Visitors can vote for their favorite entries.

The Peep Show will be open 10 a.m.-7 p.m. daily through April 7.
