Lend a Helping Hand: 6:30 p.m. Adults. Being a teen is hard enough. Imagine doing it without a family. Please join the Carroll County Department of Social Services to learn how you can make the difference in the lives of teens by keeping them in their own community. Read and Play: 11 a.m. Ages birth-24 months. A story time featuring lap games, tickles, bounces, and rhymes followed by a playgroup for meeting and mingling. Siblings welcome. With an accompanying caregiver.
Story Pals: 10 a.m. Ages 2-3. A theme-based story time featuring interactive and age-appropriate stories, songs, finger plays and activities. Children 3 and younger must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
