Hamilton Relay is accepting applications for its 2014 High School Scholarship program. The program will award $500 to one graduating Maryland high school student who is deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or has difficulty speaking.
To be eligible for the scholarship program, students must:
- be a graduating high school student who is deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or has difficulty speaking;
- be a resident of Maryland;
- and complete and submit an application, a response to the application's essay question and a letter of recommendation.

and must be postmarked by March 3 to be considered eligible for selection. The winner will be chosen by the end of April and announced in May.
