Norbert and Zada Robertson, of Westminster, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Robertson, of Manchester, to Stephen Turner, of Manchester, son of Kenneth and Joyce Turner, of Hanover, Pa.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of North Carroll High School. She is employed by CVS Pharmacy in Westminster.
The groom-to-be is a 2009 graduate of the University of Maryland University College. He is employed by the Department of Defense.
An April 2013 wedding is planned.
