Lehigh University announced that Lisa Dekett, of Westminster, has received a Doctor of Philosophy degree.
Students were awarded bachelor's, master's or doctoral degrees during the 146th spring commencement ceremonies at Goodman Stadium in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
