The Old Line Board of Soccer Officials (OLBSOA) will sponsor an entry-level soccer referee certification course at Liberty High School July 20-21. The course prepares youth and adults for certification as United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Grade 8 referees. The 18-hour course will run from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. each day.
