Carroll Hospital Center will host a Latino Health Fair to provide information on the importance of health and nutrition with bilingual translators and information available, according to a hospital news release.
The event will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. March 30 at The Portico at St. John Catholic Church, located at 43 Monroe St. in Westminster. Information will be provided on various health topics, such as nutrition, cancer, heart health and access to health and dental care.
Hospital health navigators will be on site, as well as representatives from the Carroll County Health Department, United Hands of Carroll County and Access Carroll. Blood pressure screenings and light refreshments will also be available.
