Kyle FitzGerald Causey, 19, of Salisbury, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013.
Born Nov. 9, 1994, in Salisbury, he was the son of Stephen and Colleen Causey, of Salisbury.
He was a 2013 graduate of Parkside High School, where he was a member of the Parkside baseball family and also played football. He was currently attending SUNY Maritime College in Bronx, N.Y. He was employed by Hooters of Ocean City.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and most importantly his work at Hooters.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a brother, Kory Causey; maternal grandparents Chuck and Jean FitzGerald, of Westminster; a paternal grandmother, Joan Causey, of Salisbury; aunts Diane Johnson and husband Paul, of Wesley Chapel, Fla., Kelly Caples and husband Jeff, of Hampstead, and Kristi Ford and husband Jeff, of Littlestown, Pa.; great-grandmothers Dorothy FitzGerald and Thelma Jean "Nan" Goodwin; and several cousins.
He was predeceased by a grandfather, Myron H. "Pop Pop" "Mike" Causey.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Holloway Funeral Home, 501 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Asbury United Methodist Church, 1401 Camden Ave., Salisbury. Interment will be in Parsons Cemetery.
