Rolling Clovers recognized for project work

Twenty-one members and two leaders of the Rolling Clovers 4-H Club were honored for their project work at the Carroll County 4-H Achievement Program on April 20.

Recognized for their submissions for Diamond Clovers were: Brandon and Dustin Bowers, Emily Schildwachter, Jacquelyn Slade, Marissa Roberts, Allison and Austin Stoner, Tori Fromm, Jordan Lawrence and Autumn Lippy.

Ben Schildwachter was recognized for submitting a Clover Memory Book.

Recognized for submitting Junior Record Books were: Wyatt Kahler, Jordan Lawrence, Autumn Lippy, Marissa Roberts, Emily Schildwachter, Jacquelyn Slade, and Allison and Austin Stoner.

Recognized for submitting Senior Portfolios were: Dustin Bowers, Tori Fromm, Travis Gesell, Amanda Smith. Duston Kahler, Kyle Lawrence and Amber Lippy. The top portfolios that were sent to state were submitted by Tori Fromm, Duston Kahler, Kyle Lawrence and Amber Lippy; each participated in an interview for an out-of-state trip.

Club members who were national-trip winners last year were: National Dairy Bowl Contest, Joseph Coshun; National Horse Judging, Tori Fromm; and National Shooting Sports Contest, Travis Gesell and Kyle Lawrence.

County project medal winners were:

Cooper Bounds - market goat;

Tori Fromm - horse;

Travis Gesell - breeding goat, market goat, shooting sports;

Brianne Hevner - dairy, foods, market goat, breeding sheep, market sheep;

Ryan Hevner - dairy, poultry, breeding sheep, market sheep, tractor;

Wyatt Kahler - market swine;

Jordan Lawrence - foods, home environment;

Amber Lippy - craft, dairy, foods, breeding goat, horse, photography, sewing;

Autumn Lippy - craft, dairy, foods, breeding goat, home environment, horse, photography, sewing;

Marissa Roberts - craft, dairy, flowers and flower arrangements, foods, sewing, woodworking;

Allison Stoner - foods, photography, vegetables and vegetable gardening; and

Austin Stoner - flowers and flower arrangements, photography, breeding swine and market swine.
