County residents lucky enough to have yards can learn simple ways to entice the birds of their choice right up to their back doors!

"The Weird: A Compendium of Strange and Dark Stories," edited by Ann and Jeff VanderMeer

This would make a great summer read, if only because it might take you all summer to read the 1,000-plus pages of horror and science fiction stories from many of the world's greatest authors, all in a big, beautifully designed book.
