Helen L. Harding, 85, of Reisterstown

Helen L. Harding, 85, of Reisterstown, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Carroll Hospital Center.

Born April 2, 1927, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Carroll and Nellie Donahue Hoursh. She was the wife of Warren G. Harding Sr., her husband of 64 years.

She worked as a telephone operator for C&P for 30 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Telephone Pioneers, the Ladies Oriental Shrine, Bou-Tem-Sci of Boumi Temple and the Eastern Star No. OES 73.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are son Warren G. Harding Jr. and wife Sharon, of Broken Arrow, Okla., daughters Deborah Goebels and husband Joe, of Port Saint Lucie, Fla., Donna Hansen and husband Sawat, of Westminster; a brother, Walter Hoursh, of Hampstead; grandchildren Mikaela, April, Jamie, Bethany and Brandon; and great-grandchildren Jordan, Cameron, Kailin and Mia.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown.

A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
