Synopsis: The Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair concludes this week with a headliner concert by country artist Kip Moore, who recently hit No. 1 on "Billboard's" Hot Country Songs chart with "Somethin' 'bout a Truck." Local favorite Jay Henley and the Stone Broke Band opens.
