Ryan W. Ridgeway-Kelsey L. Bowen

Ray and Terry Bowen, of Westminster, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey L. Bowen, of Clinton, S.C., to Ryan W. Ridgeway, of Clinton, son of Deborah Ridgeway, of Charlotte, N.C., and Don Ridgeway, of Greenville, S.C.
The bride-to-be is a 2011 graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in marine science. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
The groom-to-be is a 2011 graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He is a student at Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy.
A March 1, 2014, wedding is planned.
