Baltimore County to hold one-day hazardous waste drop-off

The Baltimore Department of Environmental Protection and Sustainability will host a one-day hazardous waste drop-off event between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 6.

The event, which is being held in cooperation with the police, fire and public works departments, will take place at the Baltimore County Central Acceptance Facility at the intersection of Drop Off Dr. and Warren Road in Cockeysville.

Participants are welcomed to bring a range of hazardous waste including household paints and chemicals, lawn and garden chemicals medicines and re-chargeable batteries. Trash will not be accepted.
