Nipple and areola reconstruction tattoos
Randa Garlin and her husband Brandon Garlin traveled 17 hours from Batesville, Arkansas, to Little Vinnie's Tattoo in Finksburg on Oct. 4 so that Randa, who had a double mastectomy about two years ago, could get nipple and areola reconstruction tattoos.
