Gray skies didn’t slow the bubbly at the first Bubbles and Tulle Festival, which was celebrated Saturday in downtown Sykesville. Festivalgoers were encouraged to wear wedding, bridesmaid or prom dresses and enjoy unlimited sampling of wine and sparking wine varieties from all over the world.
