Carroll Arts Center to present 'A Charlie Brown Jazz Christmas'

The Carroll Arts Center will hold its annual presentation of "A Charlie Brown Jazz Christmas" Dec. 19, 20 and 21. As part of the event, which is being sponsored by Woodhaven Buiding & Development and Papa Joe's Mexican Restaurant, attendees can watch a showing of "A Charlie Brown Christmas" before enjoying a performance of the Vince Guaraldi jazz score by the Eric Byrd Trio. The shows will be held at 8 p.m. Dec. 19, at 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Dec. 20, and at 3 p.m. Dec. 21. At the end of each concert, a live auction of the decorative "Charlie Brown Christmas Tree" will take place. Event attendees will also be able to buy handmade gifts from the Arts Center's Gallery of Gifts. Cost of tickets is $12 for adults and $8 for Arts Center members, seniors 60 years of age and older, and students 18 and younger. The shows will be held at the Arts Center at 91 W.
