FINKSBURG — The next meeting of the Finksburg Planning and Citizens' Council will be held Thursday, Feb. 23, beginning at 7 p.m., at the Finksburg Library, 2265 Old Westminster Pike, Finksburg.

On the agenda is naming a nomination committee for the annual FPACC elections, as well as discussion of issues affecting the community.
