ELDERSBURG — Carroll County Board of Education President Jennifer Seidel and Superintendent Stephen Guthrie will host a town meeting Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Oklahoma Road Middle School, 6300 Oklahoma Road, in Sykesville.

Members of the community are invited to attend and address their concerns or ask questions regarding education topics and issues.
