WESTMINSTER — The Westminster Ringers will conduct a handbell concert Saturday, June 4, 7:30 p.m., at the Scott Center, Carroll Community College, 1601 Washington Road, Westminster. Tickets are $12 for adults; $10 for seniors and children ages 5-12, at the door. A $2 discount is offered for advance purchase.

Tickets are available at Carroll Arts Center, Coffey Music and Stu's Music Shop or by calling 410-848-5482. Doors will open at 7 p.m. for a silent auction to benefit the Homespun Ringers, a Westminster Ringer youth ensemble.
