Bollinger appointed to hospital board of directors

David Bollinger, vice president of Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services, has been appointed to the Carroll Hospital Board of Directors effective July 1.

As a board member, Bollinger will be involved in making critical decisions regarding the overall quality of care, governance and financial performance of the hospital.

An insurance professional for more than 37 years, Bollinger holds designations as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and a Certified Insurance Counselor. Bollinger currently serves as chair of the board of directors at Carroll Lutheran Village and was past chair of the Carroll Community College board, where he currently serves as a member. He has also served as chair of the board of directors at the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, a board member at Westminster Union Bank, and has been an advisory board member with five different insurance companies.
