In White Marsh, a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 95 South prior to the MD 43 (White Marsh) exit has kept the southbound right shoulder closed for an hour after the incident occurred at 8:07 a.m., according to the state Department of Transportation.

DOT said that lanes on the outer loop of I-695 have reopened at the MD 139 (Charles Street) exit after the clearing of an accident that had closed three of four outer loop traffic lanes and the outer loop right off-ramp lane at 8:15 a.m.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9:10 a.m. that buses and trains are running on schedule but said that MARC Train 421 (8:10 a.m. Baltimore departure) will operate with one fewer car on Thursday and that riders should expect overcrowding.
