A two-vehicle collision in Anne Arundel County on MD 2 North at MD 253 has blocked two of three northbound traffic lanes and one of two northbound shoulders at 8:40 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the state Department of Transportation.

DOT also reported a two-vehicle collision in Baltimore County on Interstate 95 South prior to the Baltimore Beltway that closed one of two southbound shoulders at 8:33 a.m.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported minor delays on the MARC train at 8:50 a.m.
