Traffic moved without unscheduled road closures toward the end of Tuesday morning's rush hour as the state Department of Transportation reported no incidents at 9 a.m.

Among the previously reported incidents DOT said were cleared was a one-vehicle crash in Anne Arundel County on the Baltimore Washington Parkway South at MD 175 that had blocked the right southbound merge lane for more than an hour after initially reported.

The Maryland Transportation Administration reported minor MARC train delays at 9 a.m.
