As of 9:40 a.m., the Maryland Department of Transportation reported that an accident on I-95 south at the Key Highway toll plaza had been cleared, and was no longer blocking lanes.

Earlier reports of disabled vehicles in Baltimore County and Anne Arundel County had also been cleared.

The Maryland Transit Administration is reporting minor light rail and MARC train delays.
