A two-vehicle collision on Interstate 95 North in Baltimore County at the Baltimore Beltway has closed one of two northbound shoulders at 8:26 a.m. on Monday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
And DOT said that an early morning water main break in Harford County on US 40 West that has forced lane closures in both directions of the highway at Joppa Road. DOT said that the water main break closed one of two westbound traffic lanes and the eastbound traffic shoulder at 4:45 a.m.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported on Monday morning minor MARC train delays. The Camden Line is operating on normal schedule but is experiencing 30-45 minute delays due to the CXS freight train derailment in Baltimore on Sunday.
And, a portion of North Howard Street will be closed for up to a month beginning Monday for repairs to an 80-year-old water line, according to the Baltimore Department of Public Works. Significant delays are expected along northbound Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, city officials said.
