Baltimore police Sunday night are investigating a report of an armed person in the 1400 block of Union Avenue in Hampden. Police spokesman Det. Jeremy Silbert said police received a call around 6 p.m. of an armed individual and investigators went to the scene. Few other details are available. As of 10:15 p.m., the investigation was still ongoing.
