Accidents were slowing traffic on Frederick Road near Oella Avenue in Ellicott City, White Marsh and Walther boulevards in Baltimore County, Erdman Avenue and Stemmers Run Road in Baltimore County, Trappe Road and North Point Boulevard in Dundalk, Southwestern Boulevard and Leeds Avenue in Baltimore City, Fleet Street and Broadway in Baltimore City, and Stricker Street and Edison Highway in Baltimore City.

Emergency roadwork was blocking one southbound lane of York Road near Route 145 in Baltimore County.

There were no major delays reported on Baltimore area transit systems.
