As of 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, traffic was slow on southbound I-95 past Caton Avenue, due to a disabled vehicle in the road.

Emergency roadwork was causing traffic to be slow on southbound Route 140 at Painters Mill Road.

Downtown, travel was restricted on southbound Light Street from Conway to Lee streets because of preparations for the Baltimore Grand Prix.

Otherwise, there were no accidents reported on major Baltimore area roads and highways.
