As of 9 a.m. Tuesday, traffic was slow on northbound I-895 past Lombard Street after a two-vehicle accident. Debris was blocking two lanes of the inner loop of the Baltimore Beltway near Frederick Road.

Rolling Road was closed in both directions between Security Boulevard and Fairbrook Road due to repairs of a water main break.

Otherwise, there were no accidents on major Baltimore area highways.

There were no delays to local mass transit systems.
