As of 9:30 a.m. Thursday, a crash involving two tractor-trailers was slowing traffic on northbound I-83 near York Road.

Debris in the road was slowing the inner loop of the Baltimore Beltway at White Marsh Boulevard.

Traffic was slow on southbound I-95 prior to the Moravia Road ramp, due to an accident.

There were no major delays for Baltimore area mass transit systems.
