Man dies after late night stabbing in Dundalk

Baltimore County police have arrested a man in connection with the fatal stabbing of his sister's fiance outside a Dundalk house just after midnight Saturday.

The victim, described only as a man in his 30s, was involved in an argument outside a home in the 2900 block of Dunmurry Road when he was stabbed around 12:10 a.m. Saturday, county police Cpl. John Wachter said. The man was taken to Bayview Hospital, where he died around 8 a.m., Wachter said.

The victim, his fiancee and her brother had gone out for the evening, Wachter said. After returning around midnight to the house, which belongs to a relative of the woman, the brother reportedly went inside to fetch the woman's children. The couple outside started arguing. When the brother came out of the house, he stabbed the victim "numerous times" in the back, Wachter said.

The suspect, whose name was not available, was arrested at the scene, Wachter said. Charges were pending as of Sunday morning.
