Spring? Light snow falls in Annapolis, Washington, Westminster

Don't be fooled by Saturday's sunny skies.

As the day wears on, forecasters say, the winter we thought we had left behind will strut its stuff again, with high temperatures reaching the mid-40s.

Clouds will increase overnight with snow likely after 2 a.m., the National Weather Service reported Saturday morning. The chance of precipitation is 60 percent, according to the forecast.

The snow will continue on Sunday morning, possibly turning to a mix of precipitation or all rain in the afternoon. High temperatures will be in the upper 30s.

The National Weather Service projects up to an inch of total snow accumulation between Saturday night and Sunday morning.

By Monday, it will be back to sunny skies and temperatures in the 40s, the forecasters say.

Looks like spring is biding its time.
