ADELPHI, Md. (AP) — Prince George's County police say they are investigating a fatal shooting in an Adelphi apartment building.

Police say an adult male was found shot shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday in a hallway in the apartment building in the 7400 block of 18th Ave.

Cpl. Mike Rodriguez, a police spokesman, said the man was suffering from a gunshot wound, but he did not know if he was pronounced deat at the scene or later at a hospital.
