A Gwynn Oak woman, identified as Edin Choloh Dukule, 42, was struck by a vehicle at approximately 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 7300 block of Baltimore and Annapolis Blvd. in Ferndale. She was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, Anne Arundel County Police reported. She remained in critical condition this evening, police said.
