Man won't tell police how he was shot

A man walked into the emergency room of St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson Saturday morning with a gunshot wound in his leg, according to the Baltimore County police, but he would not explain how the injury came about.

A dispatcher said the man, whom he would not identify, was "telling us nothing" about the circumstances that led to his injury, which was not considered life-threatning.

Following protocol when confronted with gunshot wounds, hospital staff called police at 7:30 a.m. after the man showed up in the emergency seeking treatment. He remained there almost two hours later.
